A gregarious bird that lets us know when something is not right in the neighbourhood. I love them! This one is a young bird, still chipping, but finding its own food now amongst the Crimson botllebrush.

I have just been revisiting the exciting and surprising art of photograms, but instead of using light in a darkroom i am using the light from a flatbed scanner.
