Just found this colony of ladybugs in our garden. I was cutting down a palm plant we did not want and discovered this colony living in it. Needless to say we are going to keep the palm now! Tawny chick all grown up
Thanks to WRES for rescuing this Tawny Frogmouth and growing him ready for release. Neil brought him around tonight on dusk to release him back where he was born. How lovely and great thank you to all at WRES.
New Chicks on the Block
This year we have had for the first time a young Crow/Raven in our vegie garden and we saw it being fed by its parent. Stayed around for two days before going off to greener pastures.
