I am excited to announce that next month I will be involved in a group exhibition that has taken two years to come to fruition.
Our group 1st came together for a small show in 2019 with the intent of a larger show in 2020, however as you all know 2020 was a disastrous year.
Here is a flyer that tells you more, hope you can make it to the exhibition.

It was in 2016 during a foray into a mosquito laden bush that we first saw the Yam Daisy.
It was one lonely plant and I have wanted to see and photograph more ever since then.
Yesterday during our lockdown exercise, walking into the Box Ironbark bush near our home we spotted several of these bright native plants.
I was determined to capture many more images than last time (battling the wind that can ruin a macro image ) I succeeded in photographing enough to keep me very happy.
Here is one hiding amongst its floral neighbours.
