MOVING LIGHTS MELBOURNE

Shadowy figures move about their business at night, while bright lights shine and bounce on the Yarra river. In the background the Melbourne wheel is moving to its own slow beat. If you look closely you will also see the ghostly movement of a passenger on board the ferry on which I was aboard.
