We have had a lull in the wet weather here in Bendigo so it was a good time to get out and see what wildflowers have survived the deluge. En route to Dunolly

A glorious display of white daisies sitting amongst eucalyptus met our eyes as we travelled today to Dunolly, Victoria. We had to stop and endeavour to capture some of this beauty with the camera.

It is thought to be one of the largest in Victoria, with a height of 34 metres and circumference of 9.35 metres at the base. The tree is estimated to be between 500 and 1000 years old.
