I have seen ads for staff in the paper about the Aussie Farmers Direct Company and so not knowing anything about this new business thought I would find out a little more about what it offers.
I believe it is offering an olde style delivery service…
What’s that I hear you say? Everything old is new again?
Below is the media information I received today as well a pic supplied by Aussie Farmers Direct.
Let me know if you use this business and what you think of them.
The local ‘milkman’ is back
Local residents PeteAndrew and Rochelle Phillips, have brought back the much loved, old fashionedconcept of the ‘milkman’ – delivering fresh, delicious and 100% Australianproduce direct to the doors of Bendigo residents.
A former salesman and receptionist, Pete andRochelle took the reins as the local Aussie Farmers Direct ‘milko’ because theywanted to be part of a service that supports 100% Australian products, in aflexible and convenient way to suit the lives of their busy customers.
“As an Aussie Farmers Direct franchisee, weare not only my own boss with all the flexibility that it brings, but I’m alsoable to make a positive impact on my community, support other Australianbusinesses and assist busy families with the convenience of free home delivery.
“With an easyonline ordering system, Aussie Farmers Direct customers can choose to ‘set andforget’ a regular order or can make last minute amendments as theirrequirements change, saving our customer’s time and money.
