on a wet cold spring day we went out to record our ‘red shed’ as we call it in the Harourt Valley area. by the time we arrived the wet weather had abated but not the icy cold. Jersey cows chewed the lush green grass while we took our pics and then something wonderful happened…it was milking time and Brad the diary farmer was kind enough to invite us to the dairy to watch the process.
